Description
Lifestart supports children and young people aged 0-24 years living with disability or developmental delay, their families and carers.Based in the community working out of regional offices across greater metropolitan Sydney and the Illawarra/Shoalhaven district. Lifestart is a registered NDIS provider. Services include: early childhood intervention supports; therapy and multidisciplinary team support, delivered by occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers and special educators; behaviour support and assessment; group therapy; and inclusion facilitators who support young people at key life stages and transition points. Lifestart offers Support Coordination for people aged 0-65 years. Lifestart also provides support and training for parents and carers and capacity building for community groups, schools and early childhood education and care services to support inclusive practice.
