Amputee Children's Society
Description
A phone based service providing information about issues associated with amputation (eg: problems experienced, surgical techniques) and educates the community about the needs and rights of children who are amputees. Can assist the families of children with all types of limb problems and defects, whether these are from birth, illness or accident. Can refer to local support groups.
