Providing social support and social connections through CHSP program either on an individual basis or participation in our group activities, including outings and day programs.
We are a NDIS approved provider and provide in home support, assistance to access the community, capacity building, domestic assistance, assistance with personal care, yard and maintenance services, COS, Short-Term Accommodation and group activities which are decided upon by participants.
We provide fee for service yard and Maintenace, domestic assistance, respite and personal care, these services can be provided on a brokerage arrangement with other service providers. Veterans Home Care provider.
